Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at HARBS. Located in the United States, this role is essential in delivering excellent service to our customers while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
Monitor customer needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs.
