お客様来店時のお出迎え・席へのご案内
問い合わせメールや電話対応
接客サポート
営業前準備のサポート・営業中運営のサポート、営業後片付けのサポート

【応募資格】
英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（必須）
就労資格証明書（グリーンカード、SSN、就労許可証など）をお持ちの方
身元証明書（グリーンカード、州発行の運転免許証、政府発行のIDカードなど）を提示できる方
丁寧な接客・作業ができる方
Tock ReservationやRevel Systemの使用経験がある方優遇
長期的に勤務可能な方歓迎

【勤務時間】
水〜日曜日のうち３日勤務
シフト：15:00〜22:00まで, 休憩あり、賄いあり

Host / Front-of-House Staff Wanted

Location: Tribeca, New York City
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $20~/hour + tips (based on experience and skills)
Language: English required (Japanese is a plus)

We are currently seeking Host / Front Staff to support all aspects of front-of-house operations. We welcome candidates who can provide warm and attentive service as the face of the restaurant, are committed to long-term growth, and have strong communication skills. You will work closely with guests, chefs, kitchen staff, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

【Key Responsibilities】
Manage reservations and customer records (using Tock)
Handle payments and POS transactions (using Revel System)
Greet and seat guests upon arrival
Respond to emails and phone inquiries
Provide general front-of-house support
Assist with pre-service preparation, in-service operations, and post-service cleanup

【Qualifications】
Strong English communication skills (required)
Legal work authorization (Green Card, SSN, work permit, etc.)
Able to provide valid identification (Green Card, state driver’s license, government-issued ID, etc.)
Polite, attentive, and professional in guest service
Experience with Tock Reservation and Revel System preferred

【Work Schedule】
3 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday
Shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm with a break
Staff meal provided

【Preferred Skills】
Fluent or proficient in English (required)
