【Job Overview】
A leading IT company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales & Solutions Consultant to lead and support sales initiatives across a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and services. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, emerging technologies, and customer-centric consulting. You will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic sales, service development, and project leadership.

【Key Resposibilities】
Sales & Business Development:
・Promote and sell IT services including Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, IoT, and Factory Automation (FA).
Drive sales of hardware and software solutions such as servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
・Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
・Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new IT services.
・Conduct market and technical research to support service innovation and feasibility.
・Translate customer needs into scalable and competitive service offerings.
・Provide tailored IT consulting services with a strong focus on customer intimacy and long-term relationships.
・Analyze client environments and propose optimal solutions aligned with their business goals.
・Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
・Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
・Manage project scope, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
・Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction throughout project execution.

【Qualifications】
・English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking)
・3 to 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
・Excellent communication skill
・Ability to work independently without immediate supervision and direction
