Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented staff to join our café team at Chelsea Market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and strong communication skills in both English and Japanese with experience working in a fast paced cafe or restaurant environment.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and food.

Provide warm, attentive customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café workspace.

Support daily café operations.

~Requirements

Conversational fluency in Japanese and English (required).

Prior restaurant or café experience required.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
