Currently our client a Japanese IT solutions company in NY is looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician.

【Position】 IT Help Desk(Japanese Bilingual)
【Compensation】$70k - $75k
【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time

■Position Summary
In this role, you will provide IT support to a trading company located in Manhattan. You will be required to work on-site at the client’s office three (3) days per week, and may work remotely for the remaining two (2) days.

■Key Responsibilities
・Provide first-level and second-level technical support for end-users (hardware, software, network issues)
・Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner
・Set up, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
・Support Microsoft 365, email systems, VPN, and Windows operating environments
・Coordinate issues with external vendors and internal IT teams as needed
・Assist with onboarding and offboarding (account setup, device preparation)
・Maintain accurate documentation and update IT asset inventory
・Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
・Provide bilingual support (English/Japanese) preferred but not required

■Requirements
・2+ years of IT Help Desk or Technical Support experience
・Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common corporate applications
・Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN)
・Experience supporting end-users in an office/corporate environment
・Excellent communication and customer service skills
・Ability to work independently on-site at the client’s office
