We’re Hiring: Ramen Chef (Japanese Cuisine)
Location: 1298Myrtle Avenue
Position: Ramen Chef / Head Ramen Chef
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Japanese ramen (broth, tare, noodles, toppings)
Maintain consistency and high-quality food standards
Manage kitchen prep, stock, and cleanliness
Follow food safety & hygiene regulations
Assist with menu development (bonus)
Work efficiently during busy service hours
🔹 Requirements
Experience as a Ramen Chef or Japanese kitchen experience required
Strong knowledge of ramen broth (tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude
Legal work authorization in the USA
Japanese language skill is a plus (not required)
