【一花 icca】では、Head Chef Kazushige Suzuki が日本（豊洲市場を含む）から直送される最高級の魚を使用し、季節感と独創性を兼ね備えた江戸前鮨おまかせメニューを提供しています。
さらにバーでは、イタリア料理と日本料理の技法を組み合わせ、素材の持ち味をいかした「イタリアン割烹」を提供しています。

【主な業務内容】
お客様への料理・ドリンクの提供
メニューやドリンク（日本酒・ワイン・カクテル等）の説明
オーダー対応
テーブル管理、ダイニングルームの管理
営業前準備、営業中のサービス、営業後の片付け
シェフ、キッチンスタッフ、サービススタッフとの連携サポート

Server Wanted – Michelin-Starred Sushi & Italian Kappo Restaurant 【 icca】

At【 icca】, Head Chef Kazushige Suzuki offers an edomae style omakase menu featuring the highest quality fish flown directly from Japan, including from Toyosu Market.
At our bar, we also offer Italian Kappo, blending Italian and Japanese techniques to highlight the natural flavors of each ingredient.
We are currently seeking Servers to provide attentive and refined service in our dining room. We welcome candidates who are passionate about hospitality, eager to deepen their knowledge of cuisine and beverages, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Strong communication skills are essential. You will work closely with guests, chefs, kitchen staff, and fellow service team members to ensure seamless operations.
【Key Responsibilities】
Provide food and beverage service to guests
Explain menu items, sake, wine, and cocktails
Take and manage orders
Maintain tables and dining room flow
Pre-service preparation & setup, in-service operations, and post-service cleanup
Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service staff
【Qualifications】
Strong English communication skills (required)
Legal work authorization (Green Card, SSN, work permit, etc.) (required)
Able to provide valid identification (Green Card, state driver’s license, government-issued ID, etc.) (required)
Polite, attentive, and professional in guest service
Previous server experience in Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end dining establishments are strongly preferred.
Long-term availability highly encouraged
【Work Schedule】
At least 3 days per week, Wed-Sun
3:00pm - end of service (around 11:30pm)
Break and staff meal provided

Fine dining service experience
Knowledge in beverages (sake,wine, whisky, cocktails etc.)
