Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, providing outstanding customer service while efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Experience

At least 1 year of previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Proven ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through exceptional service
Background in culinary arts or food preparation is advantageous but not required
