Hiring Sushi Handroll Prep Team Member
Responsibilities
• Prepare sushi handrolls with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Handle food ingredients safely, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Salary is hourly base + tips. Tip pools is transparency to all employees. Must share same tips with BOH and FOH.
• Skills
• Previous experience required (at least 1.5 year) as a sushi chef or handroll prep (BOH)
• Knife skills and knowledge in food preparation techniques specific to sushi
• Excellent attention to detail for precise ingredient measurement and presentation quality
