Currently our client, a Travel Agency, is looking for an Inbound Coordinator.

【Location】New York, NY
【Position】 Inbound Coordinator
【Compensation】$24 - $25/hr.
【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time

Responsibilities
・Arranging restaurant reservations and vehicle transportation
・Coordinating airport transfers
・Preparing quotations
・Communicating with the Japan office (mainly via email and internal chat systems)
・Business trips, primarily to the East Coast
・Arranging local hotels, restaurants, and transportation

Qualifications
・Experience in customer service within the travel industry, hotel industry, or an airline
・Experience in inbound travel is a plus
・Fluent Japanese (communication with Japan is mainly via email and chat; understanding of Japanese culture is preferred)
・Fluent English (most local arrangements require English; must be able to communicate by phone and email)
・Proficient PC skills
