Hi, This is Kim. My wife and I open Fasan 2025 May 11. Fasan is a small coffee shop in Lower East Side. We're quietly building something — a place with its own identity, its own standard, its own future. And going into our second year, I think I am ready to have someone join me to build Fasan together.

I want someone can be honest with themself and be honest with fasan.

You become the face of this place — an extension of who we are and what we care about. That means something to us. So we want someone who takes that seriously too.

If you know coffee — really know it, dialing in, latte art, and have an open mind — and you genuinely care about the craft and the people you serve, we want to hear from you.

We believe in taking care of the people who take care of this place. If you show up honestly, bring your knowledge — we'll make sure working here means something for you too.

We're not the biggest. But we're real. And we're building something worth being part of.

Trial shift to start, then part-time at $16.5/hr — with the goal of growing into something full-time for the right person.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid Food Handler License
Must be honest, don't play the game in Fasan
