Japanese Soccer Coach is needed from STL Soccer

STL Academy is seeking experienced, passionate, and reliable Japanese soccer coaches to join our growing coaching staff in Northern New Jersey. We are looking for coaches who bring strong technical knowledge, cultural insight, and a player‑centered approach to youth development.

Position: Part‑Time Soccer Coach
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Start Date: 2026 Summer/ Rolling
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

What We’re Looking Japanese coaches

Strong background in soccer (playing and/or coaching)

Experience working with youth players ages 5–14

Ability to teach fundamentals with patience, clarity, and structure

Positive, energetic, and professional coaching presence

Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

Lead or assist weekly training sessions

Provide technical instruction rooted in Japanese coaching methodology

Support player development in a safe, encouraging environment

Communicate effectively with families and staff
