Currently our client, a Japanese Company is looking for an Administrator.

Job Description:
■General Description
・Receive all documents and enter the data into the online system on the PC.
・Operate a data entry device to input and maintain lists and records.
・Create and update databases. Maintain a daily count of all claims processed.
・Communicate with the supplier and the team members for smooth operation. Process forms and reports, and enter data where required.
■Primary Responsibilities and Duties
・Prepares and processes necessary documentation for the PO/RO placements, such as placing PO sheets and entering orders from the supplier's portal.
・Coordinates with buyers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of merchandise.
・Process on-hand, shipping, invoice etc. data entering the IT system.
・Inputs vendor acknowledgement data into the computer system. Performs other duties as required, including but not limited to performing timely delivery of merchandise.
■Other responsibilities and Duties
・Performs as a back-up to a co-worker in his/her absence.
・Performs other duties as assigned by this position's superior (s).
・Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the job assignment, job authority and procedures as described in this position's Standard Operating Procedure.
Qualifications
■Qualifications
・1 year or higher relevant experience
・GED or High School Diploma
・Good customer service and communication skill
・Ability to operate a computer to input data and retrieve information
・Light typing ability
