Brand New Sushi/Robata Restaurant looking to hire an experienced Sushi Chef to fill an opening located in Miami, FL

Responsibilities of the Sushi Chef

Maintain fresh and appropriately prepared Asian themed elegant sashimi and sushi.
Develop and execute menu in association with preference and choices of customer visiting outlet
Prepare sushi and ensured quality and consistency of product
Update owner regarding operations and products through one on one conversation
Follow company standards and meet expectations
Ability to create and make own menu and recipes and keep standards
Requirements of the Sushi Chef

At least 5+ years Experience working as a Sushi Chef
Must be able to prepare all ingredients to be ready for service
Thorough Knowledge of fresh fish
Must have open availability
Bilingual preference to be fluent in Japanese
Full Time Availability Required.
