【一花 icca】では、Head Chef Kazushige Suzuki が日本（豊洲市場を含む）から直送される最高級の魚を使用し、季節感と独創性を兼ね備えた江戸前鮨おまかせメニューを提供しています。
さらにバーでは、イタリア料理と日本料理の技法を組み合わせ、素材の持ち味をいかした「イタリアン割烹」を提供しています。
現在フロント業務全般を担当して頂くホスト兼サーバーを募集しています。
お店の顔として、お料理・お酒への知識を深めながら、落ち着いた丁寧なサービスを提供できる方。

お客様はもちろん、シェフ、キッチンスタッフ、サービススタッフと連携しながら、スムーズな運営を支えて頂ける方をお待ちしております。

【応募資格】
英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（必須）
日本語が話せる方優遇
就労資格証明書（グリーンカード、SSN、就労許可証など）をお持ちの方
身元証明書（グリーンカード、州発行の運転免許証、政府発行のIDカードなど）を提示できる方
丁寧な接客・作業ができる方
Tock ReservationやRevel Systemの使用経験がある方優遇
ミシュラン星付きまたは同等クラスのレストランでのサーバー経験者優遇
長期的に勤務可能な方歓迎
【勤務時間】
木〜月曜日 [木曜日、金曜日、日曜日、月曜日勤務可能な方優遇]
シフト：15:00〜営業終了まで（平均23:30頃）、休憩あり、賄いあり

Host / Server Wanted – Michelin-Starred Restaurant 【 icca】
【Key Responsibilities】
*Requires working as both a host and a server
(Host)
Manage reservations and customer records (Tock)
Handle payments and POS transactions (Revel System)
Greet and seat guests upon arrival
Respond to emails and phone inquiries
Support for ordering supplies and managing inventory
Provide general front-of-house support
Assist with pre-service preparation, in-service operations, and post-service cleanup
(Server)
Serve food and beverage
Explain menu items, sake, wine, and cocktails
Take and manage guest orders
Maintain tables and dining room flow
Pre-service preparation & setup, in-service operations, and post-service cleanup
【Qualifications】
Strong English communication skills (required)
Japaneselanguage skills are a plus
Legal work authorization (Green Card, SSN, work permit, etc.)
Able to provide valid identification (Green Card, state driver’s license, government-issued ID, etc.)
Polite, attentive, and professional
Experience with Tock Reservation and Revel System preferred
Previous server experience in a Michelin-starred or comparable fine dining restaurant is preferred.

【Work Schedule】
Thursday to Monday [available on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays, and Monday preferred]
Shift: 3:00pm until closing (around 11:30pm) with a break
Staff meal provided
