About the Job
Churchill Living is seeking a Bilingual (English/Japanese) sales person to manages client accounts as assigned by Outside Sales and maintain Japanese business relationships.
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Role and Responsibilities Include:
• Generate inside sales and provide high quality customer service.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Attend customers in the showroom and create Quotes.
• Generate leases and paperwork.
• Enter information into company database.
• Secure "Request for Proposal "opportunities for Churchill and manage the process.
• Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Emphasizes saleable features, quotes prices and credit terms and generates leases and appropriate paperwork.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients.
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Investigates and resolves client issues when appropriate.
• Secure all signed paperwork from client.
• Follow up leads.
• Customer services and accounting support for existing clients.
Education and/or Experience Required
Bilingual Japanese/English (Verbal and Written) required. Knowledge of proper Japanese business etiquette required. Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience necessary, Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred. Corporate account management experience a strong plus. Knowledge of real estate/housing /furniture rental industry a plus.
