日系企業にてAccounting Dep.Directorポジションを募集です。11月上旬から勤務開始できる方。 -To supervise and manage the operations of the accounting department as a department head-To be responsible for all aspects of company accounting including reporting, A/R, A/P, cash flow management and general accounting activities -To develop, manage, and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process timely and efficiently -To manage all accounting, tax and banking activities including compliance and audits-To monitor and research new GAAP pronouncements and evaluate the impact on the company -To assist corporate management in developing annual budget, reconciliation of monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts -Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); knowledge of statutory accounting principles; federal & state tax filings and compliance requirements -CPA is desirable
