Yoga in Midtown - Alignment-focused & Therapeutic

ミッドタウンでアライメント・ヨガを行っています。
経験者の方はもちろん、ヨガが初めての方でも、安心にじっくりそして楽しく練習できます。
運動後の recovery や腰痛、肩こりなどの解消にも効果的です。
クラスは英語で行います。

Schedule: Tuesday 6:30-8:00 pm, Friday 5:45-7:15 pm
